What insurance is currently available?

Building insurance is included in the monthly Community Fee.

Contents insurance is strongly recommended and available at special rates The Crane has negotiated on behalf of the Owners, through the company’s insurance broker, Tomlin. 

Personal liability coverage is included in the contents insurance cover, at no additional charge. The only requirement is that the policyholder or the insured must be an individual and not a company. This coverage within your homeowners’ policy provides coverage for bodily injury and property damages sustained by others for which the insured or their family members are legally responsible.
