Property Management - Rental Residences

Under the Rental Agreement, The Crane will be authorized to manage the maintenance and repair issues associated with the Residence, with a view to ensuring brand standards are maintained to a high level while rental guests are in residence. You will be required to maintain a minimum balance in your Owner’s Account of US$2000 for this purpose. All maintenance and replacements will be your obligation and will be billed to the Owner’s Account, based on the Service Fee schedule, as determined by The Crane from time to time. The Crane will request authorization prior to incurring any maintenance or replacement exceeding the limits of the Owner’s Account.
