Key Card Access Controls for Rental Programme Participants Effective August 10th, 2024

As owners, you are guaranteed access to your residences if they are not occupied by a renter. However, due to the extremely fluid nature of availability, we are implementing enhanced Key Card controls to ensure accountability and security. As such, the Rental Manager will no longer issue extended access Key Cards (i.e., cards valid for more than 24 hours) for temporary visits.

To gain personal access for walk-throughs etc., please coordinate access with the Property Management team via residences@thecrane.com to ensure the availability of your residence. For timely requests, the team can be reached via their respective mobile phones.

To gain access for third parties such as service providers, requests for short-term Key Cards should be submitted in writing to residences@thecrane.com. This will promote clear communication, accountability and proper authorisation to ensure that such Key Cards are used only for their intended purposes.

Note: For owners not participating in the Rental Programme, the above access controls are not a requirement. However, we will follow these guidelines unless you explicitly choose to opt out. In such instances, please note that Crane Management will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to your residence.
