Fee Overview

The Crane collects the following fees:

Community Fees – these are the Owner’s share of the common expenses. The Community Fees also include access to all resort services for any guests either living in or staying in the Residences.
Residence Fees – all individual items related to a specific Residence, included but not limited to utilities, service fees for property management services such as private pool servicing, housekeeping, etc. A Service Fee schedule has been established for reference should you choose to use The Crane as your Property Manager, which also applies if you are renting the Residence through The Crane. This fee schedule is subject to change from time to time.
