What are the costs of The Crane's property management services?

The Crane offers competitively priced property management services because of our bulk purchasing and the economies of scale of having a full resort team on property, 24 hours a day. The Service Fee Schedule provides the costs for property management services including housekeeping, engineering, pest control, etc. These fees are subject to change from time to time, based on changes to labour and/or input costs. Select services, for example private pool servicing and landscaping of private gardens, are required on a scheduled basis and are included in the Community Fees to ensure brand standards are maintained.
