Can I use a third-party property manager?
You are free to use a third-party property manager to maintain your Residence provided they meet minimum service standards; for example, 24-hour call out. However, if urgent maintenance is required to protect the Residence or Resort, or for the comfort of guests using your Residence; and The Crane is not able to contact the third-party property manager or Owner using reasonable efforts, or if the third-party property manager fails to rectify a maintenance issue within a reasonable timeframe, the necessary expense will be incurred and billed to you. For security purposes, if external service persons will be entering the property to conduct maintenance, The Crane requests that you notify Resort security.
