How are the expenses billed?

As Property Manager, The Crane will maintain the Residence as deemed necessary to maintain brand standards, at the Owner’s expense. If you choose to manage your Residence through The Crane, you must maintain a minimum balance in your Owner’s Account in the amount of US$2000 for ongoing maintenance.  All maintenance and replacements will be your obligation and will be billed to your Owner’s Account, based on the Service Fee Schedule as determined by The Crane from time to time, and shown on your monthly billing statement. The Crane will request authorization prior to incurring any maintenance or replacement exceeding the limits of the Owner’s Account.
